Message from the Chief Executive Officer
Welcome to Lerato Foundation.
It is my great privilege to welcome you to our organization and thank you for taking the time to learn more about our mission. Lerato Foundation was established with a simple but powerful vision: to transform lives by empowering children, young people, and vulnerable communities through education, sports, mentorship, leadership development, clean water initiatives, and community empowerment.
We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to dream, learn, grow, and become a responsible leader regardless of their background or circumstances. Our work is rooted in the values of faith, integrity, compassion, excellence, servant leadership, and accountability. These principles guide every programme we implement and every partnership we build.

Through our flagship programme, Darajani Sports Academy, alongside our education support, mentorship, water and sanitation, child protection, and community development initiatives, we are creating pathways that help young people discover their potential and build brighter futures. We are committed not only to meeting immediate needs but also to creating sustainable solutions that strengthen families and transform communities for generations.
