Lerato Foundation operates through a world-class governance framework built on integrity, stewardship, accountability, innovation, and sustainable impact. Our leadership structure is intentionally designed to combine international governance oversight through the Board of Directors with strong operational execution through our Executive Leadership team in Kenya. Together, these leaders guide the organization in advancing education access, youth mentorship, sports development, community feeding initiatives, and long-term transformation programs that empower vulnerable communities.
The Board of Directors serves as the highest governance organ of Lerato Foundation. Beyond strategic oversight, financial accountability, and institutional governance, this board is rooted in Christian stewardship principles. Each director serves under biblical values of servant leadership, wisdom, humility, justice, and compassion—ensuring that every decision reflects both professional excellence and faith-driven responsibility.
