Critical Guidelines for Submission

Aspect Requirement
Eligibility Open to ALL levels (Primary, Secondary, University, TVET) and ALL categories (Academic, Leadership, Sports, Values & Character).
Handwriting Applicant MUST complete the form in their own legible handwriting (block letters preferred). Primary-level applicants may receive dictation assistance.
Language English (except where Kiswahili is indicated).
Documentation Strictly attach certified copies of all supporting documents as listed. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Referee Endorsements MANDATORY Official stamps from a Religious Leader (Pastor, Imam, Priest, Elder) and Local Administration (Chief / Assistant Chief) are required. Applications without both stamps are automatically rejected.
Verification All information is subject to rigorous verification via home visits, institution checks, and referee confirmation. Misrepresentation = Automatic Disqualification.

I commit to participating in mandatory mentorship programmes if selected.
