About Lerato Foundation

Lerato Foundation is a youth-led, student-centered, and community-driven organization committed to empowering young people to become leaders, innovators, and changemakers. We provide mentorship, education, and community development programs to help youth realize their potential and impact society positively.

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for passionate and committed youth to serve as County Champions and Ambassadors. They will represent the Foundation, mobilize local youth, and coordinate initiatives promoting mentorship, leadership, and community empowerment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 🌟 Represent Lerato Foundation officially in your county.
• 🤝 Mobilize youth for Foundation programs.
• 📅 Organize, coordinate, and monitor initiatives.
• 🗣️ Act as liaison between leadership and local stakeholders.
• 🌱 Advocate for youth leadership and community development.
• 💡 Promote innovation and social impact in initiatives.
• 📢 Provide feedback to improve program effectiveness.

Eligibility Criteria

• Committed youth aligned with Lerato Foundation’s mission.
• Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and teamwork.
• Passionate about mentorship and community development.
• Willing to volunteer and actively participate locally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
