A Christ-centered vision for governance, sustainability, and transformational impact across all programs of Lerato Foundation.
“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3
As Vice President of the Board of Directors of Lerato Foundation, I am deeply humbled to serve within a calling
that is both institutional and spiritual. Leadership, in its truest form, is stewardship before God—an
opportunity to serve communities with wisdom, humility, and accountability.
As we enter this new year, our vision is anchored in Christ-centered governance, disciplined execution, and
Spirit-led strategic direction. Our commitment is to build a foundation that reflects integrity in its systems,
excellence in its operations, and compassion in its service to humanity.
This year, we focus on strengthening institutional structures to ensure sustainability, transparency, and
measurable impact. We will deepen our investment in education support, mentorship development, sports empowerment,
and youth transformation programs that restore dignity and unlock potential.
We are also committed to expanding partnerships that align with Kingdom values—relationships built on trust,
shared purpose, and a collective desire to serve communities beyond borders. Through unity and collaboration,
we will extend our impact while remaining faithful to our core mission in Kenya and beyond.
Above all, we acknowledge that true success is not measured by scale alone, but by lives transformed through
service. Every step we take this year will be guided by prayer, accountability, and a deep reliance on God’s wisdom.
As a leadership team, we move forward with clarity, unity, and conviction—trusting God to establish the work of our hands
and open doors that no man can shut.
